The York County Board of Commissioners met according to law on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. as per notice in the York News Times on April 9, 2015, with Chairman Bill Bamesberger presiding, with Kurt Bulgrin, Randy Obermier, Paul Buller and Jack Sikes. Also present at the meeting was Melanie Wilkinson, correspondent for the York News Times and Kelly Turner, County Clerk.
The agenda of the meeting was posted on the bulletin board in the County Clerk’s office and a copy of the agenda was made available to each Commissioner.
Bamesberger announced that the Open Meetings Act was posted outside the door along with copies in the back of the Board Room. Proof of publication was also available.

Moved by Bulgrin seconded by Sikes to adopt Resolution #15-21 to start the process, of said property to be up for sale to the highest bidders with a public hearing on April 28, 2015 at 10:45 a.m., York County Property Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 34, Township 9, Range 3, roll call; yeas, Bulgrin, Sikes, Obermier, Buller and Bamesberger, nays none, motion carried.
WHEREAS, The York County Board of Commissioners met at their regular meeting on the 14th day of April, 2015, to discuss and act on the sale of the said property Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section 34 Township 9 Range 3 North West of the 6th P.M.
WHEREAS, in June 1916, the County purchased the said property for road purposes from George W. Henry and Sara Henry, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the York County Board of Commissioners find it to be in the best interest that this said property to be up for sale to the highest bidder,
Ninety one hundredths (91/100) of an acre more of less, as follow’, lying and situated in SE ¼ of SE ¼ of Sec 34 Town 9 Range 3 West of the 6th P.M. Commencing at the stake on the W County Road lies between York and Fillmore Counties Two rods N. and 654 4/10 feet W of the North East corner of Section No 3 Town No 8 N Ranger No 3 W of the 6th P.M. and running thence North westerly (variation N. 64 degrees W) 205 feet to a stake thence Southwesterly (variation S 49 degrees W) 182 feet to a stake on the N. Line of the old County road thence W on said line 228 ft to a stake and W angle also W point of the new road thence North easterly (variation N 49 degrees E) 318 Feet to a cedar stake at the N. angle of said road thence south easterly (variation S 64 degrees E ) 270 feet to a stake on the N line of the old County road, thence W on said old County road line 102 feet to the carrier and place of beginning.

WHEREAS, the York County Board of Commissioners met at their regular meeting on the 14th day of April 2015, to discuss and act on a transfer of funds from the E911 Wireless (2913) to the E911 Wireless Holding Fund (2914) to purchase communications equipment for the Sheriff Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the York County Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes the transfer of $30,000.00 from the E911 Wireless Fund (2913) to the E911 Wireless Holding Fund for purchase of communications equipment for the Sheriff Department.
