 YORK – Each spring, the county commissioners open bids for gravel, sand and rock which will be used by the roads department through the course of county road maintenance throughout the next 12 months.

 YORK COUNTY – In the future, all the York County Commissioner meeting videos will be archived on the county’s website and it is likely they will be available online via YouTube rather than Facebook.
 YORK – Tonight, Monday, April 21, is the final event in a series called “Renewable Energy in Nebraska,” sponsored by Conservation Nebraska.
 YORK COUNTY – Repair work on the Road W overpass is expected to begin today, April 21, according to officials with the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
 YORK COUNTY – The sheriff’s department recently participated in the “Put The Phone Away Or Pay” campaign, from April 7-14, conducted through the Nebraska Department of Transportation Highway Safety Office.
