YORK – York County Commissioners Daniel Grotz and Randy Obermier, who sit on the county’s budget committee, have had a meeting with all the county’s department heads, as the budget process for 2026 has started. Grotz and Obermier talked about the meeting during the committee report section of this past week’s county board meeting.
“The budget process is rolling,” Obermier said. The department heads have been tasked with formulating their proposed budgets for the 2026-27 fiscal year, which will be presented to the budget committee.
