Commissioners to hold hearing for conditional use permit

YORK – When the York County Commissioners meet in regular session on Tuesday, Dec. 9, they will hold a public hearing regarding a conditional use permit pertaining to a house.

​As explained earlier by York County Zoning Administrator Nate Heinz, this application pertains to a rural property owner wanting to build a house in a quarter where a house already exists.
The public hearing will start at 9 a.m.
Also on Tuesday’s agenda:

• The board will consider adding more banks to the list of the county’s depositories for the next calendar year.
• They will consider an interlocal agreement with the Village of Lushton, regarding road maintenance.
• A subscription renewal for Microsoft Cloud from Planet Technologies will be reviewed.
• A conversation will be held regarding the position of emergency management.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, which will begin at 8:30 a.m., in the commissioners’ meeting room located on the main floor of the courthouse, next to the clerk’s office.
