YORK COUNTY – At 4:12 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 4, the York County Sheriff’s Department and first responders from the McCool and York Fire Departments were dispatched to a roll-over accident in the area of Highway 81 and Road 4.
The dispatch is that a vehicle rolled at least twice. The good news is that the two occupants were able to leave the vehicle and were able to get in a vehicle driven by a good Samaritan who stopped at the scene, in order to stay warm. As the winter weather moves into this area, the York County Sheriff’s Department is advising everyone to stay home if they can, as roads are becoming slick and snow is starting to fall. The temperatures are also becoming lower, presenting another layer of danger tonight into tomorrow. Comments are closed.
