YORK COUNTY – York County Highway Superintendent Harvey Keim told the York County Commissioners Tuesday Road M over Interstate 80, “should be reopened by the end of the day.”
This stretch has been closed for months, after a large vehicle hit the structure, on the interstate. That meant the structure had to be replaced. This will be welcome news, especially for farmers, who used that overpass to cross the interstate. However, the overpass on Road W, over the interstate, won’t probably be reopened until May. That structure was also hit by a large vehicle on the interstate and the state has to make major repairs. These repairs are the responsibility of the Nebraska Department of Transportation. Comments are closed.
