YORK COUNTY – When the York County Commissioners meet in regular session on Tuesday, Oct. 15, they will consider the purchase of a vehicle, grants and more. They will resume a conversation with York County Assessor Kurt Bulgrin regarding the purchase of a vehicle. The vehicle, if purchased, would be used by the assessor’s office and also be available to other county employees and elected officials when conducting official county business.
The board will also meet with Juvenile Diversion Coordinator Tristan Perry regarding a juvenile diversion federal grant. The commissioners will also act on a drawdown for the owner-occupied housing rehabilitation program. As the board of equalization, they will consider an application for tax exemption for a vehicle owned by York University. They will also discuss and act on adopting a resolution to set levies for the political subdivisions in the county. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, which will start at 8:30 a.m., on Tuesday, Oct. 15, in the commissioners’ meeting room. Comments are closed.
