YORK – York County Sheriff Paul Vrkba, as well as the rest of the YSO, has recognized Deputy Deion Hulse for completing the 17-County Leadership Program, an initiative organized by the York County Development Corporation and facilitated by Dr. Shannon Leinen of York University. This program is designed to help emerging leaders reach their fullest potential by using the Better Culture Curriculum, one-on-one coaching and hands-on leadership activities. Over the course of three intensive sessions, participants build stronger leadership skills, learn how to better connect with others and gain practical tools they can bring back to their organizations.
“Deputy Hulse’s commitment to professional growth strengthens not only his own development, but the future of our agency,” Sheriff Vrbka said. “The lessons learned in this program will directly support our mission, improve teamwork and enhance the service we provide to the citizens of York County.” Comments are closed.
