Notice is hereby given, that York County, 510 N Lincoln Ave, York, Nebraska 68467,  will receive sealed bids for the Fire Suppression, located at the Courthouse in the  County Jail. 

Specifications & Requirements: can be viewed on the Counties website at yorkcountyne.gov on June 24, 2025.

A Preconstruction meeting will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at  the Courthouse in the York County Jail. All Prospective bidders are required to attend and provide a photo identification card. 

No alternative items will be considered. Sealed bids must be received by the York  County Clerk, Mary Melby, 510 N Lincoln Ave, York Nebraska 68467, no later than  5:00 P.M. on Monday, July 21, 2025. Bids received after such hour will be returned  unopened. 

Bids shall be opened at the next regular meeting of the York County Board of  Commissioners on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 and publicly read. 

The York County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any  or all bids.
