YORK – Those who want to file to run for seats on their village boards in the November General Election are still able to do so.

YORK COUNTY – The 2024 Primary Election in Nebraska – including in York County – is now complete and it appears all went well; however, the local voter turn-out was quite low. 

​YORK COUNTY --- The vast majority of York County Republican voters cast ballots for Donald Trump, Deb Fischer, Pete Ricketts and Adrian Smith when they went to the polls on Primary Election Day. 

​YORK COUNTY – Voters in Hamilton and York Counties, in the Heartland School District, have said yes to a $6.85 million bond issue which will allow a renovation/expansion project to move forward.

YORK COUNTY – Joe Burgess received the highest number of votes during the Primary Election, in his race for District 5 York County Commissioner. 

YORK COUNTY – LeRoy Ott, who was appointed earlier this year to serve District 2 as York County Commissioner, has ultimately been elected to continue in that position, according to the unofficial election results for York County.  

YORK COUNTY – The majority of York County residents casting ballots in the Heartland School District said they were in favor of a $6.85 million bond issue which will allow a renovation/expansion project to move forward.
