YORK COUNTY – The registered voters in McCool Junction have been sent ballots, in the mail, for a special election pertaining to a proposed recall of a village board member.

YORK COUNTY – The majority of York County voters said judges up for retention consideration in Judicial District 5 should be retained.

YORK COUNTY – York County voters voiced their opinions regarding school board races in the area during Tuesday’s General Election.

YORK – Each of the villages in York County had races in this election cycle for village board representation.

YORK – Numbers from the Nebraska Secretary of State’s office, following the deadline for voter registration for the General Election, showed how York County has 9,447 registered voters. Of those, 6,364 are Republicans; 1,374 are Democrats; 106 are Libertarians; 45 are members of the Legal Marijuana NOW Party; 8 belong to No Labels Nebraska; and 1,550 are non-partisan.
