Commissioners pass resolution to issue tax sale certificates

YORK – The York County Commissioners have passed a resolution to direct the county treasurer to issue tax sale certificates on five properties in the county.

These are parcels of real estate on which taxes are delinquent and were not sold for “want of bidders” at the last annual tax sales held in York County.

Of the five parcels, three are in Gresham and two are in York.

The list includes the following:

• Lots 1-2 Blk 107 OT in York, which is listed as owned by Jan Hatfield.
• Lot 5 Blk 1 Brewers Add in York, which is listed as owned by Mario Trejo-Rodriguez.
• Lots 5-6 Blk 23 OT in Gresham, which is listed as owned by Howard and Dora Smith.
• Lots 5-6 and E 20’ Lot 7 Blk 5 in Gresham, which is listed as owned by Travis Patchin.
• Lot 9 and S ½ Lot 10 Blk 27 in Gresham, which is listed as owned by Howard and Dora Smith.
