Highways 34 and 69 in York County are closed

YORK COUNTY -- York County Emergency Communications are reporting that at this time, 6 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, Highways 34 and 69 are closed.

Officials says, "County and state road departments continue to try to clear roadways but a majority of them are still impassable. If you do not have to travel please don't. We are currently working on helping over a dozen stranded motorist. If travel is absolutely necessary be aware that vehicles are stuck in lanes of traffic and some completely covered by snow drifts making them not visible."
