YORK – UNL Extension and York County have agreed to renew their agreement to continue the longstanding relationship the two entities have had. Extension officials said the last official written agreement between the two was found to be from 1998, “so it was definitely time to update the language. This is just an updated agreement, this doesn’t change the relationship or financial responsibilities.”
Commissioner Chairman Randy Obemier said Deputy York County Attorney Christopher Johnson reviewed the agreement and had no concerns. The commissioners agreed to sign it. Also during this week’s county board meeting:
