York County Sheriff’s Department investigating burglary

​YORK -- The York County Sheriff's Department is investigating a burglary which occurred in rural York County on January 1. Officials says an unknown suspect, forcibly entered a farmhouse and a 7.62 rifle ammunition was stolen from the residence, the front door was damaged to gain entry. Estimated damages/loss to be approximately $410. No other information is available at this time.
